Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please make sure of the proper procedures for the return request:

Return for credit and reimbursement:
  • Return your item in the original packaging
  • Submit your return within 30 days after receiving your package
  • Only return the wrong/faulty item unless told otherwise by email
  • Do not remove any labels or tags
  • Return your items in the same condition you received them; unworn, unused, unwashed

 

Must Pass for return credit or refund:
  • On return, all items need to be cleared and clean to pass the quality check
  • Socks can only be returned if they are still in their original packaging
  • Damaged, worn, or dirty clothing won’t be refunded

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed and a further 4-6 business days for your refund to be issued to the original payment card.

All domestic returns are free.
